Impact analysis
The city spent about $300 co-hosting the recent event as a porta-potty and hand-washing station cost.
Residents get more local markets and community events; vendors get selling opportunities.
Some local 501(c)(3) groups feel overlooked because the private vendor controls vendor selection.
